A question about a pet

Which pack is which, what is inside the carrier, how big a pet gets. Write to us and we will help you choose.

Fur still feels stiff? Not sure how to dry it? Tell us what happened and we will share what works.

Orders are placed and looked after at our partner store, so their order page is the fastest route. We are happy to point you the right way.

We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
