Why does my ScruffaLuvs look so scruffy in the carrier?
That is how every rescue begins. The fur is matted on purpose so that washing it becomes the reveal.
What do I need for bath day?
A bowl or sink of warm water, a little mild soap, a towel and the comb from the carrier. A hair dryer on low helps with drying, with an adult in charge of it.
Will I get the pet shown on the pack?
Packs marked as a surprise hide one of several pets, so yours may differ from the photo. The product page tells you how many are possible.
Can the fur be made scruffy again?
No. The reveal is a one-time transformation. After that your pet stays fluffy.

How big is a ScruffaLuvs pet?
Pet Scruffs and Unicorn Scruffs stand about 7.5 in (19 cm) tall. In Mom & Baby sets, mom is about 8.3 in (21 cm) and each baby about 4.3 in (11 cm).
What comes in the carrier?
A plush pet, a grooming comb and an adoption certificate come in every pack. Depending on the family there is also a collar, a hair clip or a feeding bottle. Each product page lists the contents.
What does FFF mean?
Fluffy Friend Furever. It is what we call a Scruff once it has been washed, brushed and named.
How many babies are in a Mom & Baby set?
One or two. Finding out whether mom has a single baby or twins is part of the surprise.
